Service Description
Weddings take a lot of work. While receiving help from family and friends is a wonderful option, this can also be difficult for everyone involved and puts a lot more pressure and stress on the bride day of. Additionally, if some decorations need to be moved between ceremony and reception, you may feel concerned about people missing out if they are busy with that. This service is meant to help address these issues. Please note, this service does not include any decoration items brought by Everbloom Texas. You will be responsible for bringing any and all decorations, ready to go (i.e. we will not construct bouquets if you bring loose flowers). If you choose to book this set up only service, a 30 minute call will be scheduled approximately two weeks before the big day to go over the plan. Pictures or the ability to video chat to show the items and vision are appreciated. If follow up is needed, you will receive a document outlining what is needed as a pdf or google doc, depending on your preference. Day of, we do ask that the bride, or someone else who knows their vision well, be available during or immediately after set up to confirm everything is correct. This service starts at $200 and includes 3 hours of service (including the 30 minute call). Price may increase depending on the scale of the event and additional time, plus if there is a plan to reset items. Important Notes: If you are using any vendors who are already setting up some parts of your day (such as another florist, etc.), please check with them to confirm that this would not breach their contract to have additional set up staff or decorators on site. Check with your venue first about whether they will set up chairs and take them down or not. We will not be responsible for removal and disposal of trash. We can do teardown, but will not transport items from the venue.
